Air Quality Dunrite isn’t just a local business, we’re a part of the Toronto community. We believe in giving back and helping to make our city a better place for all of us.

While there are a lot of charities that are important, there are a few right now that that are very important to us. It looks like we have a soft spot for the kids, especially kids at risk.

The Jets program helps children and youth learn teamwork, discipline, respect and self-confidence. Most importantly, it helps them learn that success comes only with dedication and hard work. The teams play in several divisions of the Ontario Minor Football League and Ontario Football League.

A non-profit aimed at helping all kids enjoy the sport no matter their skill level, experience or family’s financial background, the Jets are always looking for volunteers and sponsorships.

forKicks Hockey ProgramKids can be remarkably strong, but they need guidance too. The forKicks program uses sport and fitness training to teach kids in at-risk neighbourhoods positive values. By providing good role models and showing them that they can achieve their goals, the forKicks program aspires to help the children live healthy, happy lives.

There are a variety of programs in forKicks, including Swim to Survive, the Greater Toronto Football League, and SAIL forKICKS. All involve participation by police officers, athletes (professional and amateur) and people in the community just like you.

TPS Cops Cycle for Kids

Thank You letter from the Cops Cycle for Kids CharityThe Cops Cycle for Kids is a yearly fundraising ride from Toronto to Philadelphia. Members of the Toronto Police Service and the community will bicycle 960 KM in order to raise money for the Sick Kids Foundation. On May 9, 2015 the cycling team departed the Hospital for Sick Children, and arrived 5 days later at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From there, they continued to Wilmington.

Led by Officer Stephen Hicks, the team put a lot of time on the road. From logistics planning to the occasional motorcycle escort, the team needed help from behind the scenes. Air Quality Dunrite is proud to have helped by paying for hotel rooms so that the cyclists could relax, get a hot shower and rest up for their next day’s ride.
