Client Satisfaction

“Completely Professional

“We just had a new furnace and A/C installed in our house and Air Quality Dunrite did an amazing job! They were professional and clean, putting down mats through out the house and wearing booties over their shoes! They gave us a walk through after everything was completed and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone!!”

Here’s What the Furnace Terms Mean

We’ve used some technical terms in the lists above. The following definitions will help you understand what they mean so you can compare furnace benefits.

AFUE

This stands for annual fuel utilization efficiency. It means the percentage of fuel that becomes heat for your home instead of being wasted. Higher numbers mean you’ll save more on your monthly energy bills.

Gas Burner

The more stages a gas burner has, the more efficient it is and the more even the temperature in your home. With more stages, the amount of fuel being burnt can be matched more precisely to how cold it is, so your furnace only uses what it needs.

Blower Motor

The blower in your furnace sends the heat into your duct work. The more speeds the blower has, the more consistent your temperature. If you have air quality equipment like humidifiers or air cleaners, a fully variable speed blower will help you get the full benefit from them.
